Launch of simple device to build leg strength in the elderly – reducing frailty and preventing falls
Falls cost the NHS over £2.3 billion annually, causing numerous hospital admissions and loss of independence among the elderly. The “Shuffler,” a new exercise device, aims to reduce falls by enhancing mobility and strength.
