Professor Tony Young
Clinical Lead NHS CEP, National Clinical Lead for Innovation NHS England and NHS Improvement, Director of Medical Improvement, ARU
Professor Tony Young founded the Clinical Entrepreneur Programme in 2015 and continues to champion the programme as clinical lead. This role oversees the development of the CEP and provides specialist advice and input into the programme’s design, delivery and engagement with key stakeholders.
Programme Manager NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, ARU.
Polly has been with the programme since its inception in 2016, as Programme Manager she has supported with all aspects of the NHS CEP. Polly’s current portfolio centres around over arching operational delivery and the Learning and Development aspects of the programme. Polly works with colleagues to design, develop and implement our education curriculum. Polly manages the event schedule, she also coordinates programme governance, contracts and financial management.
Dr Tamsin Holland Brown
Co-Clinical Lead, NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme.
Tamsin joined the programme in 2022 as a Clinical Lead, having previously been a clinical entrepreneur on the programme.
Tamsin also works as a paediatrician in Cambridge. She specialises in children who are deaf.
Deputy Programme Manager NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, ARU
As Deputy Programme Manager, Lucy provides comprehensive programme and project management support. Her current portfolio centres around the programme infrastructure – both logistical and IT, Lucy is also the Communications Lead for the programme
Comms and Engagement Officer, NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, ARU
As Comms and Engagement Officer, Emily works with Lucy and provides comprehensive communications support to the programme.
Events Officer, NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, ARU
As Events Officer, Jen provides comprehensive events coordination for all of the programmes pit stops, webinars and workshops
