Professor Tony Young
National Clinical Lead for Innovation NHS England and NHS Improvement, Director of Medical Improvement, ARU
Professor Tony Young founded the Clinical Entrepreneur Programme in 2015 and continues to champion the programme as clinical lead. This role oversees the development of the CEP and provides specialist advice and input into the programme’s design, delivery and engagement with key stakeholders.

Polly Sullivan
Programme Manager NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, ARU.
Polly has been with the programme since its inception in 2016, as Programme Manager she has supported with all aspects of the NHS CEP. Polly’s current portfolio centres around the Learning and Development aspects of the programme, including working with colleagues to design, develop and implement our education curriculum. Polly, alongside Lucy and Emily supports the delivery of the CEP Event Schedule, she also supports Erica with programme governance and financial management.

Lucy Dentice
Deputy Programme Manager NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, ARU
As Deputy Programme Manager, Lucy provides comprehensive programme and project management support. Her current portfolio centres around the programme infrastructure – both logistical and IT, Lucy is also the Communications Lead for the programme supporting our marketing and social media activity. Lucy, alongside Polly and Emily support the delivery of the CEP Event Schedule.

Emily Graham
Programme Coordinator NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, ARU
As Programme Coordinator, Emily provides comprehensive business and administrative support to the NHS CEP. Emily, alongside Polly and Lucy also supports the delivery of the CEP Event Schedule.
