Tell us a bit about yourself
As a dentist and part of the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme (CEP) Cohort 8, I’m deeply committed to innovation and excellence in the field of dentistry. My passion to positively impact and contribute to the field of dentistry & patient-focused oral health care led me to start Notes-Hub, a digital platform designed to empower dental professionals.

My ideas and innovations are driven by a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the dental community and a commitment to providing tools that support high-quality care.
Tell us about your innovation
Through Notes-Hub, my goal is to improve how clinicians create and manage clinical records by making the process faster, more accurate, and efficient. By automating and standardising record-keeping, Notes-Hub helps reduce the risk of documentation errors and ensures that records are real-time and comprehensive.
Notes-Hub provides opportunities for dental professionals to improve their clinical record keeping workflows, ultimately leading to better patient outcomes and greater job satisfaction for clinicians. This approach enhances the quality-of-care patients receive and also helps mitigate medicolegal risks for both patients and clinicians.
In addition to Notes-Hub, we are also focused on developing various web and mobile applications focused on enhancing dental literacy for patients, multi-lingual patient education platform and most importantly addressing access challenges in dental care.
Why did you apply to join the programme, and what are you most looking forward to?
I discovered the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme while exploring ways to introduce my innovation, Notes-Hub, within NHS dentistry. My goal in joining this programme is to gain a better understanding of how the NHS operates and to pilot my innovation(s) within dental NHS hospital trusts and NHS dental practices. I also aim to explore opportunities to effectively seek and secure funding to scale my innovation(s).
So far, the programme has provided valuable insights into the NHS framework and the legal governance requirements I need to consider when planning to introduce my innovation into the NHS.
What are your ambitions for the next year?
In the next two years, Notes-hub aims to integrate with major dental software systems, expand our reach to a wider dental audience, and enhance the platform through voice automation.
We also hope to partner with oral health promotion teams and community dental services to streamline school programs, enhance patient education, and improve multilingual communication in dentistry.
Why do you think innovation is important in healthcare?
I believe innovative technology is an enabler and needs to be utilised to empower patients and clinicians. It is crucial in healthcare as it enhances patient outcomes and can contribute towards improving patient satisfaction.
