The programme, now in it’s seventh year,  has supported over 800 entrepreneurs to date, and is open to ALL healthcare professionals, both clinical and non-clinical, in the NHS. The NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme (CEP), delivered by Anglia Ruskin University, and part of the Accelerated Access Collaborative (AAC), is the biggest entrepreneurial workforce development programme of its kind and aims to provide NHS staff with the commercial skills, knowledge and experience needed to successfully develop and spread innovative solutions to the challenges facing the NHS.

This, year-long programme, is free and open to all NHS staff. The curriculum covers all aspects of setting up and running a small business or being an intrapreneur, including attracting investors, applying for funding, communications, and legal and regulatory considerations.  Guidance on how to build a start-up, develop an innovation or idea is delivered as a series of educational events attended by industry mentors.
