Chief Medical Officer and Tapas Mukherjee Medical Director speaking at a CEP Pitstop, Havas Lynx London
Havas work alongside healthcare professionals, patients, carers, pharmaceutical, biotech, and health tech brands to blend strategic insight and deep scientific understanding with creativity and digital innovation to overcome complex challenges of modern healthcare.
We help organisations accelerate the adoption of innovative products and services globally through strategic marketing and education of healthcare professionals; we activate and empower patients; build capabilities for advocacy groups; support health policy changes; and ultimately change behaviour to make a difference to people’s lives.
“Many of the services we provide are intimately entwinned with capabilities and skills that healthcare entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs develop and hone; we may even collaborate with CEP partners in the near future!“
For us creativity is all about connecting more effectively to different stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. This demands we really understand different audiences, to assist with problem solving and getting the story and evidence right, to facilitate change.
About the Clinical Entrepreneur Programme..
Havas Lynx Group has been a staunch supporter of the CEP from its second year of inception. For a long time, we’ve been deeply connected and involved with digital health, transformative technology, and the health innovation circuit more generally which is how we met Professor Tony Young and began to forge this relationship. Our support for CEP is both organisational and personal.

It is a reciprocal relationship and partnership which allows us to nurture and develop talent, while benefitting from a prestigious partnership with the largest healthcare workforce innovation programme in the world. Indeed, two of our brilliant specialist medical team – Dr Tapas Mukherjee (Medical Director) and Dr Sohaib Imtiaz (Medical Advisor) – were past CEPs, showing how closely related the skills and mindset required to work in the industry can be.
“We love seeing CEPs flourish year after year as they go on to build sustainable, transformative businesses or services that benefit their NHS colleagues and ultimately improve health outcomes. Being a small part of their journey is immensely rewarding.“
Several of us mentor CEs, we also host yearly Pit-Stops at our beautiful HKX offices in Kings Cross, teaching about marketing and brand building, communications, and media – in what we like to think is a practical and engaging way.
Looking to the future.
We love expanding our network with likeminded individuals and organisations both formal and informally

Each year we produce our own thought leadership campaigns and programmes tackling key new trends and opportunities to improve health outcomes. Most recently we launched the ‘Health 4 All’ campaign. For this ongoing initiative we worked closely with people who are taking action to improve equity, diversity, and inclusivity (EDI) within healthcare with a specific focus on addressing how healthcare communications can make lasting change.
This mindset shift is very much aligned with the World Health Organization setting ‘leave no one behind’ as its guiding principle for the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda.
Ultimately, we want to see more work that reflects the diverse world we live in, that captures different people’s realities in an honest and human way. Find out more here: https://nooneleftbehind.co.uk/
