Dustyn Saint, is a Clinical Entrepreneur, part time GP Partner and founder of Primary Care IT Ltd. Dustyn took solutions used within his own practice and formed a subscription-based community for a wide range of tech solutions so that every practice doesn’t need to reinvent the wheel. Whether this be to manage cervical screening recalls or view whether the patient you’re reviewing is up to date with the blood and physical monitoring they need; this toolset solves it all.
Since launch, the suite of tools has grown beyond all recognition and the team have branched out and developed OneAnalytics and OneContact to provide business intelligence and remote consultations for surgeries as well.
OneAnalytics is a set of GP practice data dashboards, Including areas like Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and prevalence. it allows easy identification and prioritisation of care for patients who have been missed during COVID.
“OneAnalytics has saved 3 patients lives today’’

The OneContact tool is an integrated two-way communications platform for GP’s. It aims in improving access and addressing health inequalities by communicating remotely with patients when a face to face appointment is unnecessary. OneContact supports both inbound and outbound patient communication, and is configurability so it can scale with digital communications over time.
Primary Care IT now have over 1000 surgeries in the UK using the tools and have been able to show significant time saving within practices as well as improvements in quality of care. In one region the tools led to a 30% increase in the number of diabetic patients achieving the recording of 9 care processes.
The team will continue to scale their products across SystmOne and other emerging clinical systems.

Dustyn joined the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme in cohort 5 and advises “Don’t underestimate the amount of time investment needs to achieve and just because your product is good, people won’t just come – you have to work at marketing! ”
