CEP Prep Learning Sessions
Session one: Why innovation in healthcare is important
This session will explore the concept of innovation and recognise that it extends beyond technology or product development.
Realise that everyone has the potential to be an innovator, regardless of their role or background.
Session three: Lean Canvas
This session will take you through a lean canvas exercise to help you refine and develop your innovation further. Lean canvas allows a problem-solution strategy to be easily described on paper. The goal of a lean canvas is to help you pre-empt problems with their innovations to ensure greater success.
Session two: Researching your innovation
This session will help you to understand and focus the problem you are trying to solve, help you to research your marketplace and landscape, your customers and users and where your innovation or idea sits.
Session four: How to pitch your idea
This interactive session will take you through exercises to help you perfect your pitch. This session aims to give you confidence to articulate your ideas to a range of stakeholders, from your peers to potential investors.
